Leadership

Anthony Keyes (Co-Chair) has been an active member of the Taskforce since 2015 and was appointed Co-Chair in January 2018.  He currently serves as the Assistant Director of Research Program Operations at Johns Hopkins University where he, among other duties, directs the ClinicalTrials.gov Program.

Sarah White (Co-Chair) joined the Taskforce in 2010 and has chaired the group since 2012. Sarah is currently the Executive Director of the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials (MRCT) Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard.

Carrie Dykes, PhD, MS has a doctorate in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Rochester and a master’s degree in medical management from the Simon Business School. Currently, she is the Director of Research Services for the University of Rochester Clinical and Translational Science Institute. She is also the PRS administrator for the University of Rochester’s ClinicalTrials.gov account and a member of the Executive Committee of the National ClinicalTrials.gov Registration and Reporting Taskforce.
